  • Strong knowledge of PM frameworks and operating models.
  • Experience designing large-scale programs with change mgmt and communications.
  • Stakeholder management with cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication; guides teams inclusively.
  • Adaptable to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
