Work with customers, stakeholders and vendors to initiate a project; define goals.
Assemble and direct the project team; drive execution.
Lead meetings and communications; promote collaboration; remove roadblocks.
Identify risks early; analyze impact; develop mitigation strategies.
Establish budgets and track spending to stay within financial boundaries.
Maintain open communications with clients and stakeholders; provide PMO updates.

🎯 Requirements

PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner; CSM/CSPO a plus.
Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, PM or related field.
2+ years PM experience for PM; 8+ years for Senior PM.
Knowledge of SDLC; Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
Excellent communication; cross-functional collaboration; travel willingness.
