📋 Description

• Oversee and lead projects from application approval through SRR and handover.
• Ensure new facilities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track project delivery across phases and manage external contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Manage site planning to state approval and handover to operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors and internal teams.
• Background in healthcare administration or PACE/ADHC is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive process, identify risks, and mitigate them.
