Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for client projects with teams of 2-10 consultants.
• Report to the Engagement Manager and partner with the PMO for methodology and tools.
• Manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget across all project phases.
• Lead client status meetings and monthly steering committee sessions.
• Oversee change control processes and log non-standard features for assessment.
• Ensure quality of communications and deliverables throughout the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, CS, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years managing ERP implementations.
• Strong time entry, forecasting, and coaching follow‑through.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Strong organizational, PM, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working virtually and leading on-site client workshops.
• Experience managing projects with 5+ people across multiple workstreams.
• Adaptable to AI-augmented delivery models.
