📋 Description

• Manage professional services projects through full lifecycle.
• Communicate with stakeholders regularly and promptly.
• Manage issues and risks to resolution.
• Maintain relationships and ensure SOW deliverables.
• Plan resources to meet scope and budget; maintain OpenAir PSA.
• Provide PM services to GuidePoint customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• 2+ years in consulting services or IT PM.
• Experience with Agile; Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce; MS Office/Project; Excel.
• Mac/Google apps; remote conferencing tools; certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and information security awareness.
