Project Manager, Medical Device

📋 Description

• Manage projects from initiation through launch, aligned with program goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones.
• Proactively manage scope, risks, budgets and schedule health.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Ops.
• Track status and escalate risks to leadership as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management in regulated medical devices or aesthetics.
• Experience with regulatory pathways, including 510(k).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical details into updates.
