Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ConnectWise and MS tools.
Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations and workflows.
Track budgets, milestones, and deliverables to maintain profitability.
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
Maintain regular WIP reviews with team leads to monitor progress.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years in technology project management (AV, security).
Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
Strong budgeting, cost control, and profitability metrics.
Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
