- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ConnectWise and MS tools.
- Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations and workflows.
- Track budgets, milestones, and deliverables to maintain profitability.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
- Maintain regular WIP reviews with team leads to monitor progress.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years in technology project management (AV, security).
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and profitability metrics.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
