Lead and mentor project teams; manage scope, schedule and budget.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive future opportunities.
Establish early partnering with clients to set expectations and clarify involvement.
Communicate design, construction, and other issues to clients clearly; lead key meetings.
Participate in business development with Marketing and Office Leadership.
Manage risk, QA/QC and ensure timely project delivery; apply CannonDesign Method.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
8+ years of related experience.
U.S. licensure/registration preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong client-facing communication skills.
Familiarity with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, and Bluebeam.
