Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams.
Define requirements and develop SOWs/SOOs/MOAs.
Develop detailed plans with government SMEs for SC commodities and civil projects.
Manage lifecycles from planning to implementation, aligned with USAF architecture.

🎯 Requirements

Utilize CSRD, ServiceNow, CIPS, CIPS-CVC enterprise tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to interact with others and work independently.
MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Teams.
BA/BS degree and 8 years of relevant experience; 4 years may substitute.
Secret DoD security clearance – required.
