🎯 Requirements
- Proven PM experience, preferably in insurance.
- PMP certification.
- Strong underwriting knowledge (Life/General) and systems.
- End-to-end underwriting transformation experience.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytics.
- Familiarity with Ingenium policy administration system (advantageous).
