  • Lead planning, execution and delivery of the Underwriting Digitalisation Journey.
  • Drive project activities, milestones, and deliverables with timely outcomes.
  • Maintain core PM artefacts: plans, RAID logs, status updates, governance.
  • Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and steering updates.
  • Partner with Underwriting, Data, IT and Operations to improve underwriting efficiency.
  • Lead data-driven insights to inform underwriting improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven PM experience, preferably in insurance.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong underwriting knowledge (Life/General) and systems.
  • End-to-end underwriting transformation experience.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Ingenium policy administration system (advantageous).
