Project Manager III - Solutions

📋 Description

• Lead mid- to large-scale cross-functional PM projects for Solutions teams from discovery to post-launch.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, plans, risks, RACI, and statuses.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, critical path, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Order Management, Services, Finance, and IT to drive readiness and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional PM experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project for governance.
• PMP or equivalent certification (or plan to obtain within defined timeframe).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to senior leaders.
• Data-driven with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Risk management and dependency mapping across multi-team programs.
