Lead and nurture client partnerships to drive future opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive client relations; communicate design issues clearly.
Establish early partnering with clients to align expectations and decision timing.
Manage work plan, budget, and schedule; coordinate design through construction using MS Project.
Ensure risk management and QA/QC; coordinate with project leadership and design teams; mentor team.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
At least 6 years of related experience.
US licensure/registration preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong client-facing, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam and related tools.
