Manage scope changes; obtain approvals and process payables.
Plan, budget, and schedule; use MS Project and Deltek.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of related experience.
Current US licensure preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong client-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven business acumen and analytical thinking.
