🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or PMP/CSM/SAFe preferred.
5+ years PM experience; 3+ years on high-scope initiatives; cross-functional skills.
Experience delivering enterprise projects in an Agile environment.
Payments/fintech/disbursements industry experience preferred.
Strategic thinker with business acumen; tie outcomes to goals.
Exceptional communication to exec and technical audiences.
