📋 Description

  • Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple customers to ensure a timely and successful deployment of OpenGov’s SaaS products.
  • Organize and deliver a portfolio of multiple projects spanning six to nine months.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Report on key delivery metrics such as project completion status, project budget health, and risks to customer adoption of the solution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product, professional services, and customer success teams, to align implementation efforts.
  • Assist in resolving project issues and escalating risks to senior management or clients when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of project management or related SaaS experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software implementation processes and lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (Rocketlane, Jira) and CRM tools.
