- Organize and deliver a portfolio of multiple projects spanning six to nine months.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Report on key delivery metrics such as project completion status, project budget health, and risks to customer adoption of the solution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product, professional services, and customer success teams, to align implementation efforts.
- Assist in resolving project issues and escalating risks to senior management or clients when necessary.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of project management or related SaaS experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with software implementation processes and lifecycle.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Rocketlane, Jira) and CRM tools.
