Communicate complex project concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues using critical thinking and escalation protocols.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certifications (PMP/CSM/SAFe) preferred.
3+ years PM experience; 2+ years leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven success leading enterprise projects in fast-paced Agile settings.
Technical and product project management experience required.
Experience in payments, fintech, or disbursements industry preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
