Lead full lifecycle PM for strategic initiatives: planning to closeout.
Apply Agile methods for iterative delivery and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and exec stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Communicate complex project concepts across technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify and resolve risks and issues using critical thinking and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or certifications (PMP/CSM/SAFe) preferred.
3+ years PM experience; 2+ years driving initiatives; cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated success managing enterprise projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Technical and product project management experience required.
Experience in payments, fintech, or disbursements industry strongly preferred.
