• Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Help establish and refine US delivery processes for a scalable playbook.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and scope with clear mitigations.
• Act as the primary customer advocate, building strong relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers for outcomes.
• Produce clear status reports and escalate risks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success delivering enterprise software implementations on time and within budget.
• Actively using AI tools; understand AI's impact on SaaS delivery.
• Based in Austin, TX with hybrid model (2 days in-person).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including working with C-level executives.
• Strong leadership and collaboration; ability to influence without authority.
• Strategic thinker with risk management, planning, prioritization.
