- Track project progress using Excel, Monday.com, and Smartsheet
- Ensure site readiness and accurate status reporting
- Manage asset lifecycle and hardware deliveries
- Support end-user technology refresh deployments, including VDI installations and testing
🎯 Requirements
- 4–8 years of project management experience in technology or infrastructure programs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Monday.com or Smartsheet
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Experience supporting large-scale deployment or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with networking equipment such as routers, switches, and cellular devices
- Exposure to enterprise or financial services environments is a plus
