🎯 Requirements

5+ years in project management, logistics, or operations.
Proven track record managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills; Excel and BI tools; SQL a plus.
Excellent communication; able to influence cross-functional partners.
Hands-on operational mindset; comfortable with data and processes.
Experience in logistics or carrier management in ecommerce/marketplaces.
