  • Lead post-sales process improvements across Services, Support, and partners.
  • Manage end-to-end projects from discovery to rollout in a global software setting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to define best-practice processes.
  • Drive adoption via workshops, UAT and training.
  • Leverage data, BI tools, and AI to identify insights and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently while influencing stakeholders.

  • 3+ years as PM in a global software environment.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes.
  • Experience leading discovery, solution and implementation phases.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI tools.
  • University degree; BSc in Industrial & Management Engineering or similar.
  • MBA is a plus.
