🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or related field.
3–5 years in manufacturing/engineering/project management with CQV/CVS exposure.
Experience leading commissioning, qualification, and validation in regulated environments.
Knowledge of FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, change control, and risk-based validation.
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel up to 40% for project execution.
