📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise cloud platform.
• Define goals, scope, success criteria; set delivery plans and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders; maintain transparency and alignment.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT) to boost planning, docs, and delivery.
• Domestic travel expected 25–50%.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years leading investment-management software implementations in customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of front- and back-office investment workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Mavenlink; strong stakeholder communication.
