Own the end-to-end content production lifecycle for growth initiatives globally.
Collaborate with Growth Content, Product Marketing, SEO, and Creative teams to set timelines.
Build and maintain production plans, calendars, and workflows across content types.
Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and vendors to meet timelines.
Identify risks, unblock issues, and improve processes and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in project management, content ops, or creative production.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with content, creative, and marketing teams.
Comfort in a fast-paced, changing-priority environment.
Vendor mgmt; tools: Asana, Jira, Notion, Airtable.
