Oversee lifting, rigging, and heavy transport projects from planning to execution.
Develop lift plans, schedules, and work scopes for crane operations.
Coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics for safe, efficient execution.
Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; review lift plans and JHAs.
Maintain project records, permits, lift drawings, and daily reports.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in machinery moving/millwright services.
PM/Sales experience a plus; 2+ years preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Team player with strong communication.
Experience with millwright projects.
