Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
Manage all job impacts, RFIs, Change Orders.
Attend PM meetings; review plans/specs for code compliance.
Coordinate close-out: punch-list, demobilization, warranties, manuals.

🎯 Requirements

Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple projects
Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience
