Manage CMC timelines across Process Development, External Manufacturing, QC, QA, and assays.
Coordinate agendas for team and cross-functional meetings; document minutes with actions.
Follow up on action items to ensure progress.
Facilitate information flow among CMC functions.
Escalate constraints, risks, and conflicts through internal channels.
Support internal reporting; create slides and Gantt charts for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years of project management experience in Pharma CMC.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Experience with timeline management and meeting facilitation.
Experience working with vendors/clients.
Laboratory experience or exposure.
Ability to travel for work-related projects.
