🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in implementation, PM, or client services with enterprise relationships
- Proven track record delivering multiple complex implementations on time
- Primary client POC during implementation; strong stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of product configuration and admin tooling
- Excellent documentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfort with AI tools to improve efficiency; ownership mindset
