Leads projects from conception to close-out with planning and risk control.
Acts as cross-functional lead; monitors delivery against timelines and budget.
Manages client/vendor relationships; communicates data management and shipping.
Creates, tracks, and reports project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
Ensures work complies with standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Presents project information at meetings; prepares client/vendor reports.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
PM experience in Central Laboratories (CRO/Pharma/Biotech).
Excellent listening and communication; client understanding.
Proficient with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
Strong PM, data analysis, and budgeting skills.
Fluent in English (read/write/speak).
Travel domestically/internationally ~10–25%.
Extended hours may be necessary.
