📋 Description

• Manage sprint process, estimate effort, triage incidents, track progress.
• Proactively build relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Understand team objectives, systems, and capabilities to prioritize work.
• Coordinate multiple contractor teams to align on large ecosystems.
• Accurately report risks, successes, progress, and failures.
• Improve velocity and processes for organizing work.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as PM/Delivery Manager/Scrum Master/Product Manager in a complex software environment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; tracking issues and documenting clearly.
• Lead projects with milestones, dependencies, and integrations with risk.
• Experience working with product, design, and engineering teams; strong cross‑functional communication.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and familiarity with CI/CD.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to communicate clearly and transparently.
