- 5+ years of professional PM, ops, consulting, or related field
- Insurance, brokerage, claims, or risk control exp preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and lead initiatives independently
- Strong executive presence; ability to communicate with senior leadership
- Highly self-motivated, action-oriented; able to operate without close supervision
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
