  • 5+ years of professional PM, ops, consulting, or related field
  • Insurance, brokerage, claims, or risk control exp preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and lead initiatives independently
  • Strong executive presence; ability to communicate with senior leadership
  • Highly self-motivated, action-oriented; able to operate without close supervision
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
