• Lead a portfolio of client-facing Box Consulting projects with cross-functional teams
• Estimate/manage resource allocation to projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget deliverables
• Provide status reports with utilization, financial, and project progress analysis
• Devise mitigation plans for risks and issues across the project portfolio
• Identify scope changes quickly and communicate impact; produce artifacts like Change Orders
• Manage project requirements and ensure quality across cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• High-energy client-facing professional; adaptable to diverse stakeholders
• Project leader who owns customer outcomes and motivates cross-functional teams
• Clearly communicates updates to stakeholders including executives
• Juggle multiple projects (~10) while staying organized
• 4+ years in consulting or project management; B2B SaaS experience
• Power user of Kantata, SmartSheet, MS Project; Slack/Google Calendar
