Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage project roadmaps and mobilize teams against project-level milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating to senior leadership when needed.
• Act as primary point of contact for project team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Program Leads to manage time, workflow, and prioritization.
• Coordinate delivery: resourcing, plans, scope, budgets, and change requests.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams (Client Services, Strategy, Product, UX, UI, Tech, QA, Data).

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of demonstrated track record delivering end-to-end digital solutions.
• Advanced English level with fluent communication.
• Interest in AI; open to generative AI tools (Claude).
• Experience in professional services or consulting with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Solid Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban); proficient with JIRA/Notion.
