📋 Description

• Own customer projects end-to-end, manage timelines, risks, and relationships.
• Support customers in going live with hx Renew, balancing pace with quality.
• Create real-time views of project progress, including milestones, dependencies, risks.
• Define, use, and improve core artefacts (plans, RAID logs, governance) for consistent delivery.
• Apply AI and automation to improve project delivery.
• Translate customer needs into actions for Model Development and Tech.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes for scalability and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered or contributed to SaaS, tech, fintech, or consulting projects.
• Worked with stakeholders; communicated across technical and non-technical audiences.
• PM fundamentals: planning, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder comms.
• Took initiative to improve a process or tool and drove adoption.
• Shown curiosity about tools or AI and how they can help.
• Operated effectively in ambiguous environments; balanced independence with support.
