📋 Description

• Define program goals, frame workstreams, set roles, and facilitate routines.
• Drive progress: monitor work, escalate issues, and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Ensure goals: manage timelines, track progress, analyze results, and execute.
• Build and improve processes; remove roadblocks; propose and implement new processes.
• Lead with data: partner with analytics to identify insights, quantify opportunities.
• Develop technical delivery plans with milestones; partner with product/design/engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 2-5 years managing cross-functional programs; product roadmaps; beta programs; KPIs.
• Experience with clients/third parties; Payments or SaaS is a strong asset; migrations.
• Can-do attitude: optimistic, collaborative, eager to grow.
• Data fluency: synthesize data, drive insights, and decision-ready recommendations.
• Strong communication: write, speak, and present to executives.
