🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years in utility-scale solar PV and energy storage or analytics.
- Understanding PV design, tracking, storage tech, markets, and dispatch.
- Experience in wholesale markets (CAISO, PJM, ERCOT) a plus.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Excel, Power BI.
- Experience with PV monitoring platforms and solar modeling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or energy systems; familiarity with BMS/SCADA.
