🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, Analytics or related field, or equivalent
- 5-8 years of relevant project experience
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, Five9 Reporting, CBIP, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU
- Proficiency with MS Project, Monday, and Excel
- Experience with data flows and reporting (VUE)
