Lead end-to-end execution of aesthetics programs from concept to launch.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Drive cross-functional alignment across development, QC/QA, Regulatory, and Marketing.
Support regulatory strategies, including FDA submissions and international expansion.
Partner with global affiliates and external collaborators for market readiness.
Maintain real-time program health with Smartsheet or Monday.com dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years’ related experience.
Master’s degree in a scientific field (preferred).
PMP or equivalent PM certification (preferred).
3-5+ years PM experience in regulated consumer health/pharma (preferred).
