📋 Description

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead complex, high-priority initiatives from concept to completion.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Partner with executive leadership to define project goals and align requirements.
• Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation: Build charters and roadmaps; identify risks and contingencies.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs; track ROI and report to senior leadership.
• Change Management & Strategy: Lead the people side of shifts, design comms and training strategies.
• Vendor & Partner Oversight: Manage external consultants or providers; ensure deliverables align with scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years of Project Management in fast-paced environments.
• Team Management: Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures (RACI).
• Project Versatility: Proven track record of managing non-technical projects.
• Executive Presence: Ability to earn the trust and respect of senior leaders.
• Leadership Presence: Influence without authority and bridge gaps between departments (Finance, Ops, Legal).
• Methodological Mastery: Deep understanding of Agile/Lean/Waterfall and tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
