- Manage assigned customer programs from award to delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering on hardware/software delivery.
- Maintain plans, schedules, and risks using agile or traditional methods.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and customers to track progress.
- Support program financial tracking including budgeting and forecasting.
- Contribute to customer interactions, including program reviews and RFIs/RFPs.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, including compliance and security.
- Assist with logistics for system delivery, testing, deployment.
- Provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of product and program management experience.
- Experience developing commercial systems for defense.
- Proven experience liaising with cross-functional teams, especially engineering.
- Customer facing experience; US gov’t experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills; ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to travel ~20% internationally and domestically.
- Experience within the Aerospace or Defense industries.
- Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
