📋 Description

  • Lead strategic transformation and technology initiatives across the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage full lifecycle: planning, execution, risk, change, closure.
  • Define scope, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Drive stakeholder communications and Steering Committee reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and BNM RMiT guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
  • 8+ years IT project management; at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Core Insurance Systems (AS400); digital platforms, POS, portals.
  • Data Lake, Analytics, or Big Data initiatives.
  • Experience managing a minimum of 5 internal team members.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master; RFP experience desirable.
