Translate business and operational requirements into structured project scope and plans.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking for distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced orgs.
Experience delivering operational improvement or service optimization initiatives.
Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or hybrid delivery approaches.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent certifications are assets.
Experience with CRM or support platforms like Salesforce.
Strong organizational and execution skills across multiple initiatives.
