📋 Description

• Manage internal and external implementation projects.
• Define scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain a cross-functional project plan.
• Serve as the central hub for stakeholder communications.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing technical, cross-functional projects.
• Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communicator across teams.
• Analytical and creative mindset for complex systems.
• Experience with PM tools like Asana or Smartsheets.
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum and cross-functional product teams.
• Self-motivated, independent, team-first collaborator.
• PMP certification or working toward one.
• Interested in internal-facing role with growth into client-facing PM.
• Familiar with EverTrue product suite and integrations is a plus.
