  • Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
  • Exposure to process improvement, change management, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Formal training or certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
  • 3โ€“5+ years practical project management experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
