Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver cross-functional commercial projects from ideation to execution
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to define and prioritize initiatives
• Build and maintain clear project roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
• Support go-to-market initiatives such as new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion efforts
• Align stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure smooth execution and adoption
• Track performance, risks, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans
• Contribute to building best practices and frameworks for commercial project management
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with budgeting and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in complex or fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
• Exposure to process improvement, change management, or business transformation initiatives.
• Formal training or certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5+ years practical project management experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
