- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with budgeting and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience in complex or fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
- Exposure to process improvement, change management, or business transformation initiatives.
- Formal training or certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
- 3โ5+ years practical project management experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
