- Advanced PM skills: define objectives, manage scope, schedule, and budget.
- Experience managing multiple IT projects, priorities, stakeholders, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with governance, portfolio reporting, intake, prioritization, and exec status.
- Broad IT disciplines: ops, service mgmt, infra, cloud, cybersecurity, apps, automation.
- Lead cross-functional IT projects with IT/Sec/Ops/Finance/HR/vendors.
- Strong communication with technical resources, stakeholders, and executives.
- Experience gathering requirements with Jira/Confluence.
- Experience using metrics/dashboards to report health and risks.
- Familiarity with change management, adoption planning, readiness, post-implementation review.
- Analytical, problem-solving; manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes.
- Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced tech env.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years1; experience managing IT projects.
- PMI/ PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL or equivalent preferred.
