Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of professional services projects (space reservation, intranet, digital signage).
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Develop and manage charters, scopes, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder plans.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client confidence.
• Support executive discovery sessions and workshops to understand client objectives.
• Conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons and strengthen delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace technology, SaaS, enterprise IT, or management consulting.
• Led and delivered complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
• Strong consultative skills: discovery, needs assessment, and actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executives and IT leaders.
• Experience with change management and driving user adoption of enterprise platforms.
• Ability to be a strategic advisor and hands-on project executor.
