Create, manage, and maintain work for accounts in Wrike
Coordinate day-to-day activities: timelines, status reports, and end-of-day lists
Prioritize and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Track project progress to ensure on-time completion and clear actions
Facilitate cross-department communication (Account, Engineering, Delivery Enablement)
Train new hires on delivery enablement processes during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field preferred
3-8 years' experience with Project Management or related function
Product launch experience (preferred)
Accounts/Client Services experience (preferred)
Pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
