🎯 Requirements

5+ years in project management, ops, business development, or strategy.
Proven track record leading multi-functional projects from concept to execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of field service ops, dispatch, and delivery.
PMP/Six Sigma or similar certs a plus; monday.com knowledge a plus.
