📋 Description

  • Manage multiple customer projects end-to-end (planning to delivery)
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards
  • Create project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets) and governance
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal/external resources
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost changes; actively control risks
  • Produce progress updates and report to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Waterfall methodologies (PRINCE2)
  • Proven experience delivering large IT projects (£500k+)
  • Confident communicator, including presenting at board level
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
  • Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Trello and MS Office
  • Experience leading project teams and owning project planning
