Project Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects with customers.
• Act as primary contact for customers; manage timelines and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across locations/time zones.
• Provide dashboards on project progress and escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Project Management in a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Experience with Salesforce, MS Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Formal PM training (e.g., PMP) and/or solid PM principles.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset; identify risks early.
